SayYesTo.me ("Service") is a digital novelty product that allows users to create personalized, shareable web pages with romantic messages and interactive elements. This is an entertainment product intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Digital Product Disclaimer

This Service provides a digital novelty experience. Pages are temporary and expire after the selected duration (48 hours or 7 days). Once expired, the content is automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.

This is not: a permanent hosting service, a dating platform, a messaging service, or a data storage solution.

3. User Content & Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you upload or create, including:

• Text messages (recipient name, questions, yes message)
• Images you upload

By using this Service, you confirm that:

• You own or have rights to use any images you upload
• Your content does not infringe on anyone's copyright or intellectual property
• Your content is not illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene
• You have permission to contact the intended recipient

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. All prices include applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your page from working as intended, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Change of mind after page creation
• Expired pages (you chose the duration)
• Content that violates our terms

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
