SayYesTo.me ("Service") is a digital novelty product that allows users to create personalized, shareable web pages with romantic messages and interactive elements. This is an entertainment product intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Digital Product Disclaimer

This Service provides a digital novelty experience. Pages are temporary and expire after 7 days. Once expired, the content is automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.

This is not: a permanent hosting service, a dating platform, a messaging service, or a data storage solution.

3. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you create, including:

  • Text messages (recipient name, questions, yes message)
  • Quiz questions and answers
  • How you use and share the generated page link

By using this Service, you confirm that:

  • Your content does not infringe on anyone's copyright or intellectual property
  • Your content is not illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or obscene
  • You have permission to contact the intended recipient

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. All prices include applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate delivery, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered for technical issues that prevent your page from working as intended. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase with details of the issue.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after page creation
  • Expired pages
  • Content removed for violating our terms
  • Recipient's response to your page

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Content Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to remove any page or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms without refund.

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, threats, or content intended to harm others
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Content promoting violence, hate, or discrimination
  • Spam, scams, or deceptive content
  • Content that violates any applicable law

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by SayYesTo.me. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to display it for the duration of your page.

Emojis and decorative elements provided within the Service are licensed for use within the Service only and may not be downloaded or used elsewhere.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is located.

12. Changes to Terms
